For sustainable and decarbonized energy
Today, heat accounts for 50% of humanity’s primary energy needs. More than 80% of it is produced by fossil fuels such as gas, fuel oil, and coal. Given these findings, the development of low carbon heat is an important lever for reducing CO2 emissions and thus limiting global warming.

Our objective is clear: to prioritise the various available resources with a view to short-term competitiveness and long-term sustainability.
Our approach is based on a combination of different technologies tailored to our customers’ needs: electrification solutions (industrial heat pumps, electric boilers, etc.), waste heat recovery, short- and long-term thermal storage, solar thermal, geothermal and biomass.
In this way, we create bespoke low-carbon heat generation plants to provide our customers with decarbonised, competitive and sustainable energy.

Thanks to our expertise in modelling, engineering, construction and project management, we manage the technical and financial risks associated with your projects and guarantee their long-term performance.

We precisely model our systems and their interaction with our customers' processes and networks, which allow us to adapt their design and optimize their operation.

Design engineering
We master a wide range of technical expertise including electrical, thermal, hydraulic, solar and automation engineering. Thanks to these skills, we select the technologies best suited to our clients' processes and heating networks, while optimizing their sizing and implementation.

Construction
We provide turnkey construction of our plants, from coordinating the works right through to commissioning. This level of expertise ensures reliability and that we meet the deadlines promised to our clients.

Control & command system
For each project, we define and implement a dedicated and optimized control solution that ensures reliable and efficient operation of all the equipment in our plants, in perfect coordination with that of our customers.

Our offering is structured around three separate services

Studies
We carry out feasibility and design studies for your project. Whether or not you have already identified the appropriate technological solution, we ensure that the technical choice and financial structure are sound. This stage is aimed at clients whose project is sufficiently advanced, and can be carried out independently of any subsequent implementation with Newheat.

Delivery of turnkey projects
We offer two delivery models, with performance guarantees covering the plant’s efficiency and availability. Under an EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) contract, we design and deliver your turnkey plant. Under an HPA (Heat Purchase Agreement), we fully finance the plant through a 15- to 30-year heat supply contract and bear all costs relating to design, construction and operation.

Operation and Maintenance (O&M)
We provide long-term operation and maintenance of your installation: remote monitoring and control, preventive and corrective maintenance, and continuous performance optimisation, with guarantees on output and availability.
