A multidisciplinary team and experienced managers
Newheat preserves and enhances local energy resources, in a tailor-made approach, to help cities and industries make the transition to sustainable and renewable heat use.
Pierre started his career in 2011 within Rackam, the concentrated solar thermal technology supplier. He then became a developer of Spanish thermal solar projects partner. In 2014, he joined Exosun, to develop products for the solar thermal market. In 2015 together with Hugues, he founded Newheat. After Hugues passed away in 2025, Pierre became Chairman of Newheat. Since 2013, Pierre contributes to the work of international expert groups of the AIE and AFNOR. He graduated from the University of Technology of Compiègne.
Emmanuelle started her career with the audit and consulting firm EY where for 6 years she carried out auditing and consulting assignments in France and abroad (Canada). After working for 4 years in several finance departments of fast-growing companies, she joined Newheat in 2019 to structure the group's finance function and organize the financing of our facilities. Emmanuelle is a certified accountant and holds a master's degree in accounting from the University of Paris Dauphine.
Stéphane started his career in 1989 within the Dalkia group where he quickly took over the management of several agencies, in Poitiers, La Rochelle then Toulouse. In 2003, he joined the engineering firm SNC-Lavalin, which became EDEIS in 2011, where he became COO for France and then Regional Director for the Greater South West of France. Stéphane joined Newheat in the summer of 2021 as COO, and thus supervises the engineering, production and operations teams. He graduated from INSA Strasbourg.
Thibault started his career within the Veolia Environmental Services and Paris Airport group before joining the Engie group in 2013, where he developed thermal energy production projects and energy efficiency programs, in Brazil and then in France. Thibault joined Newheat in 2018 as the Head of Development in France. Thibault graduated from the Ecole Centrale Nantes and the polytechnic University of Catalonia. He holds a master's degree from minesParis Tech.
Alexandre began his career at Engie, where for 10 years he developed projects linked to the energy transition (district heating networks, high-temperature geothermal energy, etc.) in France and abroad (Indonesia, Algeria, etc.). In 2019 he joined Tilia, an energy transition consultancy for local authorities and public institutions. He joins Newheat in 2022 as District Heating Networks Development Manager, and manages the team of project managers. Alexandre is a graduate of ENS Mines de Nancy and holds a Master of Science in Geosciences from IFP-School (France) and Texas A&M University (USA).
Laurène began her career within the ESSILOR Group, as an expert in employment law, then as HR Manager, within the Group's subsidiary, BBGR, where she was responsible for supporting organizational developments within its scope (support and commercial functions). At the beginning of 2023, she took over as head of the HR team within a subsidiary of the Action Logement Group, ENEAL, in Bordeaux, in a context of transformation and management of strategic projects. In October 2024, Laurène joined Newheat to set up the HR function and continue structuring the company. Laurène holds a Master 2 in Labor Law from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne.
