Opportunity Assessment
We assess your site’s decarbonization potential based on the data you provide. We design one or more optimized solutions by integrating the opportunities and constraints associated with your site and its environment and provide you with an indicative technical and economic proposal.
Detailed studies (APS & APD)
We provide you with the guarantee of a perfectly sized energy solution that is integrated into your industrial site’s processes. Through this step, we secure the expected performance and reduce technical and operational risks in order to provide you with a compelling technical and economic offer via a heat sales contract or a turnkey project. To do so, we precisely analyze your needs (available data, measurement campaigns), size the final solution (internal simulation tools), design the solution with particular attention to integration into your processes (visits, aeraulic and structural studies, etc.) and precisely estimate the associated CAPEX and OPEX (supplier consultations).
Development and administrative authorizations
We carry out all the necessary procedures and studies to prepare and obtain permit applications, ensuring their compliance with your specific regulatory requirements. We also search for and secure land when you don’t have any available for implementing the solution.
Funding and institutional aid
We finance the entire project and, where necessary to ensure the competitiveness of the offering, identify available subsidies and support mechanisms. We then take the necessary steps to obtain them and activate additional levers—such as voluntary carbon offsetting or Energy Saving Certificates (ESCs).
Construction and commissioning
We select the construction companies and manage the execution of the project, guaranteeing deadlines, costs and the performance of the installation.
Operation and maintenance
We monitor the plant remotely 24/7, manage maintenance operations and optimize the plant’s production throughout its lifetime.
